Welcome to RAATV. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RAATV streaming service, including our website, mobile applications, and connected-TV applications (collectively, the "Service") operated by Rich Azz Auntie TV, LLC ("RAATV," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create a RAATV account and subscribe to the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access RAATV content, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
RAATV is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account that result from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Auto-Renewal. All RAATV subscriptions are auto-renewing. Your subscription will automatically renew at the listed price at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You will be charged through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or other billing method associated with your subscription.
Purchases Through an App Store. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase is processed and billed by that platform under its own terms, and the price charged is the price shown by that platform at the time of purchase, which may differ from the prices listed above. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel these subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings, not through RAATV.
Free Trial. If you start a 7-day free trial, your paid subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The free trial is available only to first-time subscribers.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Your subscription grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream RAATV content for your personal, non-commercial use during the active subscription period. You may not:

RAATV programming may include mature themes, strong language, and content intended for adult audiences. Content is rated 17+/18+ on app stores and is not suitable for children. Programming, schedules, and the catalog of available titles may change at any time without notice.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, support requests, or other communications to RAATV, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the Service. You represent that any communications you submit do not infringe on the rights of any third party.
The Service may rely on third-party services (e.g., payment processors, content delivery networks, app stores). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. RAATV is not responsible for third-party services or content.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after material changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will remain in effect.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAATV AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. RAATV'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RAATV, its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration provisions below.
Informal Resolution. Before starting an arbitration or court proceeding, you agree to first contact us at info@richazzauntietv.com with a written description of the dispute and the relief you seek, and to attempt in good faith to resolve it for at least thirty (30) days.
Binding Arbitration. Except as provided below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Will County, Illinois (or by video or telephone where permitted), and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
Class Action Waiver. YOU AND RAATV AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.
30-Day Right to Opt Out. You may opt out of the binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions of this Section by emailing info@richazzauntietv.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, stating your full name, the email on your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
Any claim not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

RAATV produces and distributes original programming, including unscripted ("reality") series and other content that may feature real individuals, real businesses, and real events. You acknowledge and agree that:
By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
RAATV respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@richazzauntietv.com including: a signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail to locate it; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. We may remove allegedly infringing material and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Counter-Notification. If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to the same address including: your name, address, telephone number, and email; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district of your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which RAATV may be found) and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice. Submitting a knowingly false notice or counter-notice may result in liability, including for perjury.
Force Majeure. RAATV will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental action, power or telecommunications failures, internet or hosting outages, or the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Severability, Waiver & Entire Agreement. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and No Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RAATV regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
The Service and all content are licensed to you for private, personal, non-commercial viewing only — in your own home or on your personal device. You may not publicly perform, exhibit, broadcast, rebroadcast, screen, or display any content from the Service in any public setting or for any commercial purpose or profit (for example, in a bar, venue, business, event, or public screening) without the prior written authorization of RAATV and all applicable rights holders. Unauthorized public performance may violate federal and other copyright laws. You agree that RAATV is not liable for, and you will indemnify RAATV against, any such unauthorized use committed by you.
Any RAATV application or software we make available (the "Software") is licensed, not sold, to you, for use only under these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a device you own or control, solely to access the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. Except to the extent applicable law prohibits such a restriction, you may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive its source code; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software; or (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices. The Software may automatically download and install updates, which are covered by this license. Where you obtain the Software from a third-party platform (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), your license is also subject to that platform's usage rules, which will govern as to the Software to the extent required by that platform.
We welcome your feedback, but please do not send us confidential or proprietary ideas, concepts, pitches, storylines, or creative suggestions through general feedback channels, comments, or messages; content you wish to submit for consideration must go through our official filmmaker or advertiser portals under their separate agreement. Any feedback, comments, ideas, or suggestions you provide about the Service ("Feedback") are given non-confidentially and without any obligation on our part. You grant RAATV a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and otherwise exploit any Feedback for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without compensation, attribution, or any obligation of confidentiality. RAATV may already be developing, or may independently develop, similar ideas, and is not liable for any use or disclosure of Feedback.
The Service includes original unscripted ("reality") and other programming that may contain mature themes, strong language, and adult situations, and that may be rated TV-MA or similar. Content is intended for mature audiences. By using the Service, you confirm that you are of an appropriate age to view such content in your jurisdiction. If you permit others to access your account, you are responsible for ensuring the content is appropriate for them.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
