1. Age. You confirm you are 18 years of age or older. RAATV does not accept music video submissions from anyone under 18.
2. Ownership of rights. You confirm that you own or control all rights to the music video you are submitting — including the master recording, the composition, the video footage, and every performance, sample, image and contribution appearing in it — and that you have secured every clearance, licence and release required to allow RAATV to display it.
3. RAATV is not responsible for ownership disputes. RAATV relies entirely on your confirmation above. RAATV does not verify ownership and is not responsible or liable if the music, video or any part of your submission turns out to be owned or controlled by someone else. You agree to indemnify and hold RAATV, LUX PLE Media and their officers harmless from any claim, demand, loss, damage or legal cost arising from your submission — including claims of copyright or trademark infringement, unpaid royalties, or the rights of anyone appearing in the video. If a rights claim is made, RAATV may remove your video immediately and without notice.
4. Licence you give RAATV. You grant RAATV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, stream, display, promote and market your submitted video, your name, your photo and your bio across RAATV's platforms and marketing. You keep ownership of your music and video. You may ask for your video to be removed at any time.
5. Fees. Keeping your music video on RAATV costs $1.99 per month, billed monthly and cancellable at any time. A week in the Artist Spotlight is a separate optional $50 one-time charge.
6. Advertising and your revenue share. RAATV runs advertising before your video. Streams of your video earn at a rate of $0.007 per counted stream. You receive 70% of that revenue and RAATV retains 30%. Counting, calculation and reporting are performed by RAATV, and the rate may be adjusted as real advertising revenue is measured — any change applies only going forward, never to earnings already accrued. Payouts are made once your balance reaches RAATV's minimum payout threshold.
7. Review. Every submission is reviewed before it appears. RAATV may decline or remove any submission at its discretion, including anything unlawful, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
